About Kay
Kay Harts enjoyed 22 years as a licensed counselor before transitioning to become a Certified Professional Life Coach. Working as a counselor equipped her with insight, coaching techniques and poise that creates a space for others to feel comfortable to speak openly about anything. Her informal education includes over 40 years of navigating “life that just kept lifing.” Those life experiences groomed Kay to become a compassionate, empathetic, relatable and trusted source of wisdom.
She endured feelings of frustration, hopelessness, loneliness, anger and depression while wrestling with traumatic life lessons. As a result of persevering through hardships, poor choices, disappointments, emotional hurts and pain; she earned wisdom, gained knowledge, built strength and learned how to successfully navigate the demands of daily living in a healthy way.
Overcoming great losses and victoriously conquering life challenges morphed into her passion of championing for others to become the best versions of themselves. In addition to achieving the true desires of their heart; everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life overflowing with love, joy, peace of mind and happiness.
